Need both houses?  (Sleeps 12) Save $300 on your week!
Please note that this results in an additional savings on the NC Sales & Lodging tax,
so your TRUE discount is over $330!

Weekly Rate:
$1500 + $2000 = $3500, less your $300 discount: $3200 for BOTH

Should you wish both houses on a nightly basis, we will discount $50 per night.
$300 + $400 = $700, less $50 savings: $650 for both
Please note that the Cottage sleeps FOUR and the Creek House sleeps EIGHT
and at no time is the occupancy (MAX 12) to be exceeded.
And yes, your children are people, too.

Your dog is welcome!  We do not add any silly pet fees.
